if its a sky dish that has been up for a few years, i may be pointing at 19.2, so just swing it round a bit

I reckon you've went to single satellite and the image has pre selected 19.2 and in a hurry you've clicked that so now when you go into transponder scan all that is there is 19.2

Just go into rotor setup and go back to disq selection where you can choose single sat, multi lnb or moto dish settings and choose single satellite but remember to choose 28.2 problem solved.

For the wind to blow a dish from 28.2 to exactly 19.2 is highly unlikely.
