transponder time 28.2 east

i have flashed dreambox 500s with nabilosat darkstar2 i have set the time config for uk,but the transponder time is out by 1 hour behind,how do i adjust transponder time to coorospond with actuall time of day..thanks in advance

press menu button /then choose setup (its number 6 on my box )/then choose system settings (thats number 3 on my box )/then choose time settings /you should then see timezone configuration and time correction . in time zone you will see the time zone highlighted in red (press the ok button ) then use the up and down button to choose your time zone and press the green button to save . or go into time correction and manually enter the time and date using the remote control ,use the up /down /left buttons to highlight the time press ok to edit and when you have finished editing press the green buton to save .

i have done this several times,it is not the time zone or time setting thats not the problem,it is the transponder time that is not correctly set,it is 1 hour behind,i was under the impression that transponder time would set time automatically,in this case it is not..

you could try a factory reset and start again and set the timezone that way ,if you get the same issue after that you may have a glitch in your image . or you could reflash your box ,in the last link of my signature area you can download a working nabilo image for a dm500s or use a different image .

thanks for all your help,but every darstar image i try seems to either have a issue with transponder time or sat position being wrong 28.4 east mainly which shows no channels..

i have 3 boxes that use darkstar plus my mates box and have never had the problem you have .darkstar is an older image and the yes the satellite.xml file is missing a few frequencies but these can be added manually with the remote control .

im aware of the 24.2/28.4 issue with the satellites.xml file and i just added the missing frequencies manually and used the same satellite .xml file in all 3 boxes plus my friends box with no issues at all . or simply when installing new bouquets before installing them delete the satellite.xml file that comes with them ,the bouquets will then be installed and the box will retain your satellite.xml file .
