Hi all, just hooked up my pc to the dreambox to try and flash my box but i still get the same problems as above and now i've got no lights on the front as well. not sure if that's a good sign or bad.

Desktop pc is the way forward on xp but i would try and get hold of another power supply, they tend to play up and dont give the box enough power even when they do work.

I'l test the output later to see if i'm getting 12v dc out of the power supply. but i noticed on ebay that someone is doing a repair service for dreamboxes has anybody tried this? i'm getting a little worried about the no lights problem and the fact that i should have been able to flash it using the network. I cant communicate with my box doesnt matter what ip address i gave it.
