dm 500s home plugs vodafone dongle!!!!

ok so i needed to find out the hard way, there is no facilty in D C C, to apply an ip adress to a dongle only a router, which means all the above now makes sense, a wireless router WITH VODAFONE DONGLE in it, will obviously give me an ip address, unless theres another way any tips???

Like i said you need a 3g router for it to work and then theres no guarantee quality of service compared to normal broadband.
I would google the reviews of the routers i put up cos some will definately work better than others with a dongle.
