Channel 5 not working on dm500s

Channel 5 is not working on my dm500s. Either is 5usa/+1 and 5*/+1...

Ive went into all services and there are five different channels for channel 5, Ive tried them all but just a black screen.

I remember I had the same prob with espn and I just went to all services and used a different channel and added it to my bouquet.

Not as simple as that this time, any ideas why, all other channels are working, and channel 5 is working on my sky plus box in the next room...

no u wont when the scan is done exit out of every thing, then press ok to bring up the channels list, then press the green button and go to new found then add the ones that are not working to where ever u had them in the first place then delete the ones that are not working.

no need to rescan its there in all channels (red button) theres 4 channel 5's the first one is open . menu and move mode and add to your channel list

doing a scan will only update the all sats list then check in there for channel five it will be updated

then move it to entertainment group and do the same for your other missing channels

or check and see if sgt flipflop has a updated channel list for enigma1 download it and load onto your box with dreamboxedit

I have done a scan and getting 566 567 568 569 and 848 as channel 5 but none are working. 5usa and 5* are also not working...

hi i had the same bother with ch5 last week. so i did a scan of 28east & found 2 of them working. i guess its a bit like the old eurovox which used to do the same & needed a update of channels that start play up
