dm500s locked up

Hi all, ive just set up a dm500s new image and all is working. Came to show a friend and it locked up on me going through the channels. I've tried a reflash but still locked up remote not working and you can not switch off the dm500s on front panel so can't go through the menu as normal. i have had it woking once. Its definately the box, not the remote. would be greatful of any help as i'm stuck. I know how to set up cos of other boxes I've done previously.

I've already reflashed with dream up twice and still the same

have a look for the erase flash in download section, flash that to box and then reflash your preferred image

Hi

Sounds like the power supply. If you got another psu then give it a try as even slightest drop in voltage on these psu make the box do wierd things.

Tried the erase flash no joy. as for the power supply ive got two dm500s so ive tried the two types and still no joy. driving me me mad now.

try a different image ? have u tried commando 14.6

Tried diffrent image no joy in process of refund or replacement that the site as offered .
