Did you really mean 500-c ?? that is cable box.
Or did you mean 500-s Sat box. If you have 500-c then that box will only work as freeview on Cable Lines No premium channels.

highly recommended NOT to use that site .. few people who have used site, have had a letter from Sky about subscription/card being suspended, and the common factor is they have all used that site to generate the boxkey.
