DM800S arrived - Flashed but nothing happening

Hi there, just bought a DM800S (clone presumably) and it had Enigma 2 on it. Flashed it using Nabilo 12 via browser over LAN method and it said 'Flashed 100%' all done.

Switched box on and off but now all I get is the DREAM Multimedia logo on the LCD screen on the front of the box. Tried plugging in and out,no joy.

Can not be found via the browser now or via null cable.

What can I do next?

Thanks for that, have downloaded.

Opened up Dreamup on laptop and connected to box via Null cable. Pressed connect in Dreamup

Found box, clicked on Flash, browsed for file but it just pops up with

File too Big and won't let me go any further

Cheers mate, tried that but doing the same thing.

If I take power cable out of the box then open Dreamup, if I then hold power on the DM800 and plug back in, the laptop makes a noise and it comes up on Dreamup saying

Box: DM800 so it is recognising it.

But then a pop up comes on saying

'" is not a valid integer value.

and the Flash button is greyed out.

Using DM800_Repair I can get the lash button to work but when I select any of the 2 images you mentioned it just pops up saying 'file to big!'

Try flashing a SS file, there tiny, then flash a image after this?

Sounds good. As a newbie though what are SS files and where can I find them?

Yes Null cable via USB job. Worked fine with previous boxes

ok, connect the cable to the pc and box. press connect on dreamup, it will tell you the connection is prepared, then connect the power. it should up load and say ready(or something like that) click flash then select your image then away you go. if that doesnt work, you need to force it by using a modded dreamup

As i said villawoz you need to try a Second Stage file, its about 70KBs

did you try to flash bootloader first then the image you want this has work for me

try the force dreamup 1st. then flash bootloader
