Looking for DM500s EPG to keep wife happy !

As the title suggests i am after a EPG to put on the wifes DM500s...Its only being used for Sly Uk, and its connected to my server..She is doing my bloody head in because there is no EPG...can anyone make a sensible suggestion ?? ( Suggestions for a copy of radio times etc have already been noted ) Thanks

i dont think you will get any more than what you have, i can only get now and next on epg gemini, i have tried all the images in the download section.

If you have pli installed they have a 7 day epg on there blue button. i ran it on a 7020 but never on a 500 think its called sql lite epg (i'll check when im home)

Well she is slowly getting used to PLI, and i will only get moaned at if i change to image...I do like PLI myself, so if there is a EPG available that will shut her up it will be great..........

You know, I had this problem with my first Dreambox. Wife kept comparing it to SKY and was doing my head in.

Never managed to get a satisfactory arrangement on my 500S, but I then upgraded to an 800HD (which runs Enigma2). I'm using Nabilosat and it has the EPG functions built in.

Wife's happy ... and so am I !!

You can run the Sql EPG on the DM500 running openPLI, works OK but nothing like as good as on a Sky box.

I would suggest buying her the Radio Times

Are you running that yourself ?
I find the 500s can only handle 1 days epg without becoming unstable.

Ok, i have flashed box with Nabilosat II and i have got a EPG on there that she seems pretty much happy with...what i am looking for now is a bouquet for 28.2 only....if at all possible with all channels in seperate categories like comedy, sport, news etc..This will save me hours trying to sort them all out...can anyone point me in the right direction for a bouquet for sky only ??

I spent SOOOO LONG making a Sky UK Immitation E1 Skin and Sky UK Channel list ie 101 > BBC1 . . . . .401 > Sky Sports 1. But the channel list effed up and the skin is still under construction.

Ahar !! This could be what she needs.....As the Nabilosat II image shows 28.2 as 28.4....will i need to change anything ??
