All i do is keep my bouquet intact and cut the Not working channel out of Dreambox Edit and open another Dreambox Edit and add the latest bouquet and copy and paste the channel thats not working into my original bouquet.
Takes minutes to do without messing with a new bouquet and having to change all the local channels.
