DM 500S DEAD

Hi if some one can assist i have dm500s running edg nemesis image it has just gone of the power led comes on green after few minutes goes of can not connect with dreamup either is the bootloader gone any help will be preciated

hi,
check all connections,check your emu settings are correct

do you have a blue screen?,you most probably need to do a forced flash with dream up if so.

if you have a desktop pc use a null modem cable
if you have a laptop you will need a usb to serial adapter (which is compliant with your operating system i.e xp vista windows7) and a null modem cable

if your pc can still get a ip address from your dreambox use flash wizard 6.3

the 500S doesn't have a bootloader..

Reflash with DCC it should be fine
