Clone Dm 800 hd keeps glitching

Just opened the DM, I have the 801A, so yes i have the latest M tuner..

Do you think flashing the box again on open pli and searching channel then adding cline will do the trick?

Also in tuner settingd i have below set up: (is this correct)

Config mode: simple
Mode Single
Satelite: 25 astra/eurobird 28.2e
send Diseqc no
tone amplitude: 800mv

I dont think so its image problem 1 of user mention that its voltage problem so i try both image + change my power suppy still same issue always facing Tune failed in my dm800hd i have new verion 2.01 sim with m tuner and have 8 satlites with 8way diseq some time all works fines and then again tune failed
O my Almighty ALLah this DM kills me every day

it could just be the fact that you've got an 8way diseq... whats your snr level

I get high 90s and nearly 100% on my hd channels i would tweak the lnb and see if that helps.
Other than that try your box on a friends set up and see if you get the same results,could easily be a bad connection or dodgy lnb.

i got
snr upto 80% - 90% hotbird 13e
Arte Hd , France 2hd and BBc hd

And on sky it hd in short its su*ks 31 - 32 % but nornmal Sd channels are ok with 31 - 54 SNR

Guys any advice to try and stop the glitching I'm receiving on the Hd channels that are premium, seems fine on fta HD channel, without glitching or a lor less glitching every 30 45 mins.

Any advice would be much appreciated, I know about downloading any torrents doesn't help, but I don't download or upload. I just use one laptop via wireless just to browse.

I know the server I've connected to has 220 users..

I have open pli. And have the latest mtuner.

What version of OpenPLI are you using ? Is it by any chance the MFaraj patched verrsion from March with the HD Eagle Bootscreen ???

If it is, then change the image to the newer MFaraj pathced version from April, with the Blue bootscreen, I had intermittent glitch issues with the March patched OpenPLI MFaraj version, after upgrding from DreamElite Phoenix which didnt have these issues.
Upgraded again to the newer OpenPli patched version from April and the issue is gone.
