This listing (290555075903) has been removed, or this item is not available , odd to take it down a week arfter the sale ened? any news ?

Shame that item was removed days after the listing ended as it means people cant leave feedback.
Wonder if they are having the same problems as the rest of us. Cant see there being any Dms in the first place just like i dont think he ever had any Nintendo 3d Ds Lites.

I rang the free phone number last week and he has 10 days to answer before you can take action,its called working it out!
He hasnt replied and he wont. Just have to wait for my money but im under the Buyers Protection Scheme and have been told i will get my money back.
Also told them i think its a scam and they will get loads more complaints so dont wait cos nothing will turn up,

I have filed dispute now escalated to dispute with PayPal after allowing mandatory 7 days just in case Ebay + PayPal think he will send out item,now further 10 days given for him to make contact or respond like they call it,so after 29th April PayPal will decide & refund money around 3rd May if no contact is made.
PayPal & Ebay should realised that guy is on the scam or his account been "hacked",one thing I had noticed he had on 13th April 2011 09.36am went onto buy Apple Ipad 16GB for ?289.
I have left numerous messages for buyer in dispute & told PayPal about them like their own words :
Fraud Alert : You have a sudden change in selling activities (e.g. suddenly selling expensive items, selling large numbers of items, etc.) .
To help protect our customers in case something goes wrong, we may set aside payments for some sellers in a pending balance for up to 21 days. This gives us time to check that there are no problems with the transaction.
You have an eBay feedback score fewer than 100 and have not yet established a record of good performance.

ya i was 1 of the first 3 peeps to buy 1 when he listed the boxes and he only had 10 avaible and yes it was cheap so i took that gamble = save some money then when i got home that night he sold over 50 of them then i new something was going on ( scam ) = to late as i allready paid but he was a very nice guy in his emails

first of all i hope everyone gets this problem sorted out
and a full refund,these guys are always very nice thats
how they get you confident and think they are above board
and genuine, i just hope he/she gets all they deserve
and all who paid for a box get there cash back, as for
e-bay and paypall i would have thought it was in there
best interest to do all they could to sort this out and send
a message to everyone that if they try to run any scam they
will always be pursued vigorously and banned from the ebay site.

They are all very nice in there E-Mails, who'd let them selves into a scam unknowingly if the guy was to say " Weve got sickk boxx's, there dead gooodd qualittyyy and realllyyyyy cheapp, buy one mateee "

Its alright members gloating that we screwed up but its a shame there are people in this world trying to advantage.
If you aint got anything positive to say then dont bother cos it wont get our money back or it doesnt help the thread one bit.
It only antagonises people like myself.
Enough said and rant over but if your gonna post please say something positive and keep your thoughts to yourself.

I'm confident we will. Having said that, getting scammed is a nasty experience, even more so when you don't get your money back! That's just infuriating! I work hard for my money as I'm sure you all do, and there's nothing worse than some low-life scumbag depriving you of it.
