just went to leave feedback for a item then it said leave more feedback so i clicked on it and it was there in the list for me to leave feedback

I think the refund is almost automatic after the 10 day period. I've been through a few eBay/paypal disputes - in fact I have another one on-going - and usually after the 10 day period eBay customer service review the case and give you a decision within 48 hours. In this case, the decision was immediate after I escalated the complaint to a claim.

i had a email from paypal - i did it through them and not ebay on this one.....

'We were able to recover 99.99 GBP, and this amount has been credited to you'

so the tosser didn't get any money out by the looks of it.

Remember this thread and knew it was to good to be true at the time so stayed clear of purchasing one.

If your looking for one at that price mate you can get them at that rate from China with delivery.
