    lost my dydns account

    Hi guys i'm gutted my free dydns account has ended (didnt have the updater on )
    any way its been of for a day now and customer support hasnt even bothered contacting me
    my issue is i have a dreambox with clients what do i do help

    Free accounts expire and are deleted under the following conditions:
    • The account has not been accessed in thirty (30) days, and
    • No Dynamic DNS updates have been received in the last thirty (30) days.

    Account activity is not measured by how often a Dynamic DNS hostname is used. If you do not update a hostname or log into the account in a thirty-day period, the account and its services are removed. Deleted accounts and Dynamic DNS hostnames may be recreated at any time by any user.

      Thanks davo
      Tried to reinstall my dydns account but it wont let me becuase it has expired. I thought i had the wrong password so pressed the link (forgot password) still havent recieved the email so when i try to pay for an account with my old name it wont let me. Meanwhile i have 20 clients not connected.
      So decidedto make another account with no-ip but still cannot get my clients to conect can some one help please

          Just create a new-brand as opposed to a brand-new account, give it a quick test and then send out new lines to your customers

            just a thought i can set up and use 7 different addies
            have you tried a different addy also if you normally
            use firefox see if your providers browser or the ip explorer
            will let you register anouther account on dyndns this has
            worked on sites for me when iv'e had problems
