confused if it's a tuner problem?

    yes mate, cable connected from dm800 to the motor dish. same power supply.
    Basically i've got two dish a sky dish and a motor dish with separate cable.some times i need to swap the cable from the motor dish to my sky dish as a tree is blocking 28.2 during summer time, other sats ok. if i am connected to the sky dish i can watch all the channels but when i swap the cable to the motor dish there is no supply of power ie.no light on the motor snr 0%. but youre write mate at least were getting there. i hope some one can help.

      Hi Rodbouy,
      100% SORTED mate, I tried another power pack with the same power output, connected to my dm800 using my motor dish and guess what happened. YEEEPEEEE!!! now can watch on other sats. Again thank you very much for your advice. You saved me buying a new tuner which is not faulty. I'm sure this advice of yours will also help other members of this forum who has the same problem as mine. Again many many thanks mate.
