Yeah sorry I can receive the Pick channel i found it under the entertainment bouquet...this is working all ok.

do a full system scan service searching when it asks clear before scan say no you should get about 5 to 7 sports 1 2 3 4 check all them

did you make a backup of your image if so just restore your system settings if you didnt just flash a new image save all this hassle try the phoenix edition just search for it and you will find it but make sure its ok for your box first

If you have updated the settings with dreamboxedit and still no joy then contact your provider, as it may be a subscription issue,
Flashing the unit will not fix it,
BTW, have you tried both h d and normal definition sky sports?

Also check you are getting a signal on the sports channel, press 'ok' and it should give signal quality in the banner

I would speak to your provider mate, if you have uploaded the latest sgt bouquets then they should be fine. My sgt bouquets are not that up to date and my sports are fine.

Also as mentioned above the dream elite pheonix edition image is a superb image if you fancy a change of image. It gets a lot of thumbs up on here. I use it myself and have to say its the best image i have used.

You said that you zapped to the channel and then it was not there. To zap to a channel just means to change to the channel.

sounds like the service make sure back up everything your settings cline etc before you change anything and contact them

Does sound like your service. Wasnt suggesting changing image as a fix was just mentioning pheonix is a cracking image as it was mentioned above. Obviously if you like your image stick with it, but sometimes change is good

Thanks to everyone for trying to Help yesterday, have tried various things but still no joy looks like i'm going to have to do a re-flash.....this is the first time i've done this so not looking forward to it....
You mentioned a recommend image would be elite pheonix edition, could you just point me in the right direction which one i require as i don't want to screw up my box.

Once it's reflashed do i have to reload the cccam stuff or is that part of the image?

I have a clone dreambox HD800 with bootloader 76d and sim version 2.01

this image has the cspanel within so cams can be downloaded instantly , tbh , i am pretty sure your problem is not image related , you gettin anythin on normal non hd sports ? are you pulling a signal ?
if your a noob you could run into difficulties flashing a new image , (tuner config , cccam config etc) and if its a cs supplier issue you will be at the same stage you are now provided you get thru the setup.
if you just list the exact issue , i am sure some members here can rectify/diagnose it

pheonix image is ace m8 ,, even if your cline is playing up u will still end up with a great image
