i was using ibox, and i just bought a new dreambox 80 hd. i have a motor installed, i used to access hotbird, nilesat, hispasat, and astra. the problem with the new dream box, i can't configure the motor and search for channels, i have followed many posts with similar problem, and i tried to follow the indicated steps but it didn't work, when i reach for a certain position, after i click on saving the position and i go to search channels the motor moves alone and it doesn't go back to the position i saved, also even from advanced options i choose several satellites and i save one by one, when i go to motor configuration and i go to chose the satellite i find just one option there.
the last thing i did, is to connect the old receiver i had, configure the position on hotbird, then i connected the dreambox with a cable when i searched for hotbird channels, i managed to find the channels but i was not able to save to search, when i go to main screen trying to watch channels i find none, and it says that i should check configuration, what i really need is how to configure the motor to find hotbird, nilesat, astra and hispasat. and then how to save the channels.
as i said before, i read what people sent before writing, i tried the different options and no result.
