Dreambox 800HD lost all hd channels

My mate has lost all hd channels including fta like bbc hd.
Reflashed and new bouquet and done a scan and nothing.
Tuner has been set up correctly any ideas boys?

Have you tried his box on another dish andy? Could be an lnb issue or failing that his tuner may have a leaking capacitor. Easy to eliminate, try his dish at your gaff an your tuner in his unit, that will confirm if its hardware issues mate

Hi mate i said to him its probably lnb as we have tried everything else.
Im in Nottingham and hes in sunny Stoke so cant do that
Think the only hd channel he gets is Itvhd.Dont think its a transponder problem with vertical or horizontal issues.

I have a multi-switch EMP Centauri MS-13-8SIA-6 perhaps is the cause ?

The only other thing which i think might be a problem is a dodgy power supply.
Often causes problems to boxes even though it powers the box up.

Thanks for the suggestion, but changed the power of the dreambox and thats not the problem.
I plan to buy a new multi-switch and need 4 satellites and 8 TV's to relies .Can you guys, suggest me something for having my HD channels back ?

ive had similiar when the catseyes settings list wasnt on properly,redone it and eventually got them back

Me too hd channels have gone down to night. the only HD channel working is itv. How do you fix this.

its fine now just change channel list. Also can anyone tell me which is the best channel list?
I use vhannnibal.
