Why dont you just use DCC and use the ftp function to edit cccam that way, thats the way I do it..... easy.
Or theres an application called My Dream Toolbox 5.2 which has a ccam line manager as well as other very useful software which does it for well not totally still needs some input from you but once you get used to it is very easy.

i used the ccam line and i keep getting a error i used filezilla and flash fxp connected my dream box hd se with mini usb to usb to flash an image before that worked and i have a network cable in from dreambox to router when i open the flash fxp or ccam line manager or anything i use the dreambox ip root as username and dreambox as password but it doesnt connect at all as you can see on my attachment
Great stuff that you got there and got it sorted and like southpaw has said can you say what the problem was this way it can help others out with similar problem just by reading the thread.
im to old for this forgot everything use to be good at dreamboxes well the is going to soung silly i have flash fxp to ftp files when it says connect it gives me these lists that i have to input address etc

what details do i put in here my pc ip is 192.168.1.208
dreambox ip is 192.168.1.200 and the port on pc is not 21 its COM1 So what do i fill in the box
well , definitely none of that info is any good for a c line
use some of that info in flash fxp or any ftp program
the info is in your c line
the ip address or host is where you put the server ip address or its dns hostname
the port is the open port they are distributing on , like say the default 12000
