I installed it today, my box as just rebooted by itself and it's now gone

what image are you using?

i use sim201e_DreamEliteBH_DM800_133D_ssl76a.nfi
that is the image before phoenix
can't get crossepg to work on mine??

iv'e got a usb stick inserted and just fitted a hard drive

I was using the same image for a long,long time.
Once satmate went down i had to change image as cross epg would always give green screen.
So I installed sat4fun-dreamelite-blackhole-phoenix image .
it works flawlessly, with crossepg and above all the layout is exactly the same as the old image i was using, as i chose the same fantasy beyonce skin.
So all in all, the image looks the same as before but performs much better.

could you tell me if the image you installed is ssl82 or the ssl84
i have found them to download but if yours works perfect then i think i may install the one you are using

the one im using is ssl84
my old bootloader was 76, but this image can just write over the old one as its a patched image.
the only thing i had to change was mytube, which can be found here http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...-image-224786/ post 7

Hi im using the old dreamelite blackhole image.

I would like to install that new image you have.

I have the new image ready to flash but am a bit anxious.

After i flash the new image will i have to install cccam, scan for channells etc?
Is it like buying it from new with nothing on it except the image?

The reason i changed to this image is bcoz, it looks exactly the same as my old one[with the beyonce fantasy skin] and handles cross epg, mytube without green screens.
yes you will have to scan for channels [20 mins] , and install cccam, crossepg which can be done on tspanel[5-10 min]
i also changed mytube[see above]
im sure there are better images floating about, but this gets the job done for me

cccam can be downloaded from the image
i use sgt flip flops channel lists using d,edit so no need to scan which takes a long time

Does anyone know why my epg rytec uk I'm using, it's ok next day it's off,try download agen says allready downloaded, so I have to install another, I use sat uk, dosnt work, so then do rytec uk again, works but tomoz will be useless agen, untill I go for tha agen
Anyone know ? Plss

its been up and down more than a prostitutes draws this last couple of weeks m8
i have just changed the image on my receiver and downloaded rytec this afternoon it then went off and i have just downloaded it again so atm its working

you need a pc m8
laptop or desktop
plenty of info on the forums how to flash and tips on youtube.

Thx m8... To get the utube on the plugins it's there, but not working, do ye also need to use pc to get tha up and running ?

I find if you keep your box in stanby over night, your epg is still there, but turned off, i av to install it over, to get it back.....,surely there's a way of store it in ?
