weak signal on hispasat on some transponders,can u help

im having some signal problems,on a transponder its :hispasat 1c -12092.00-h-3/4,all other transponders are ok this seems to be a bit weak,somtines I get a pixely picture (not watchable)I don't know if this is a weak transponder,anyone else have trouble with this one,i have a dreambox 800hd with a 60 cm satellite dish,with about a 25ft cable run on a disq switch.in the southwest of elgland.. thanks and regards ricardo

Its a DVB-S2 8PSK Transponder which can cause some problems for certain receivers, Can you try another receiver at all as the 60cm dish should have no problems picking this up everything points towards the DM800 Tuner with it being a DVB-S2 TP.
