Hi people,
Trying to get some help... I have a Dreambox 800 clone, my remote works fine one minute and then does not respond a all the next. I cannot change channels at all when this is happening, obvious changes have been the batteries and I Gen bought another remote. Same problem occurs?? Anyone else had this problem?please help.

Two buttons at top, one says Tv the other says Dreambox make sure you aint pressed Tv by mistake cos it wont work, Andy.

Check it's working with a camera phone, it should light up on phone screen when button pressed, if it is it sounds like the i-r receiver, intermittent problem may suggest it's loose, take off cover and check, it's situated by on-off button, good luck

Thanks for your confident posts. I have reported back it seller and my seller is agreed to refund me ?50.00 back into my account. I think, this box is worth it. Now I can enjoy it, until 4k dreambox will available in market.

One very strange thing is happening with this box. Whenever I try to update with a clone box, it shows an error and I have to dreamup and flash it original image, it works fine... its very strangely cloned box ...


What is the best and the most beautiful image (graphically and techincally) available in the market? You guys are geek you can recommend me with good solution please..

I have tried few images .... I liked tsimage the most but guys who installed this image, he could not get tspanel installed with this image... He installed backup image. which didnt work. He had to install one more image, which I didnt like it and now recently, he installed openpli image, which is NOT as beautiful as tspanel is but I can live with it.


But I am still in search for the best, beautiful and stable image, especially for .cfg files.... please


any suggestions please?

I also need bouquet list for 13.0E and 28.2E togather with HD, Movies, Sports channels togather.... please



I also manage to download picons but still there are lot of channels which are missing picons ... I will appreciate your help

there is a menu on most images with settings for info bars, menu- setup- customize, should be an option for "show 2nd info bar" , on my Pli box it displays when you press "ok" twice. Thanks I am using medlock picons but my dreambox doesnt load up all picons in open pli....

I tried to trun off, change time for second info bar etc but it doesnt effect to my main information bar at bottom. It still doesnt fit right into screen. i changed skin but problem is still there

I need help....

secondly sometime.... my net connect in my receiver just goes off.... I cant access receriver from 161001 and none of channels work except fta......

I sincerely respect you all guys with my naivety but i still hope that I will get some help from your experience and valueable knowledge. I am unable to get the right help from dr google.

he tried that one last week and got blanked ,
Mr difficult, try checking your aspect ratio on box, as I have never come across a menu that gets cropped in openpli I can only suggest its settings related between box and tv , for your other problem , when the issue happens check if the box can download from addon server (menu plugins download plugins) if it can then the box is speaking to the outside world, so the problem must be at the other end of were your box speaks to for the stuff we cant talk about,
lighten up on him lads, we were all new at one point and to be fair he was being told one thing from us and another from elsewhere
