Yes , but what version do you use , looked at the site but they say they don't support the vu duo mini because it's not a Ferrari box

just use the one for the vu+duo from ferrari team even though they say it is not supported by them it will work ok

Is there a safe working version of openpli I can use with this box? Or can I use this skin on openvix?

Hi guys. I also have one of these boxes that has now stuck on red light, not sure if the same problem though. I can see mine go through the flash process, my usb flashes when I turn on box for a few minutes then goes solid. The green light on the front gives a couple of flashes when turned on, once the usb goes solid red it flashes green twice again. If I press the controller the green light flashes so it can see that. I had one of these before that done the same thing, I was able to return it for a replacement. As this one is six months old I don't think I can return it. Can somebody point me in the right direction how to use putty with the RS232 to see if it can see the box as that was recommended for me to try? That or has anybody had the same problem and managed to sort the box out?

sorry to revive an old thread but having issues with this box

I am pretty sure its recoverable but cant seem to find any images that will work on mine,

it boots up to logo and stops i have a red light once switched on which turns to blue when bootlogo appears but nothing happens after that
(just has the vu plus blackhole logo and spinner displayed)

i have tried a few different images via usb but nothing so far...
