Royal Mail international small packets with delivery confirmation, ?20.50. Not sure how secure it is but they asked me to return in the post with a tracking number. I have saved my webchats so I can always claim through PayPal if anything goes wrong.

They have said once they receive an email with tracking details and a pic of the item with said tracking info on it they will send out a replacement box via dhl. I'll see what happens....

Reason I asked, because I also returned a box last week ( mini vu duo)
They only wanted it sent out via royal mail/parcel force. Cost me ?20.40 international signed for

Are they sending you a replacement out? Same supplier?

Yes, same supplier. They said they are going to fix it. (Hopefully)

They have said a replacement will be sent out on Monday by DHL. I'm not sure of that will really happen. Paid by MasterCard but as paypal handle their transactions I'm not covered for refund under section 75.

Just a quick update. I have received a replacement box, I will post further updates when tested.

I have reflashed this replacement box, all is working fine now. I'm glad to say my faith in this Chinese seller has been restored.
