Personally i'd rather pay extra & buy them from from a seller in the uk such as linuxsat, least if u have an issue they're in the uk and have a shop.

Tuner issue with mine turned out to be software based not hardware.

Newer images cure problem.

this happend to me in the past on an original box as well on certain images
it just showed a weak signal but wasnt

You are better off sorting it from the UK pay the extra 40 quid or so and you'll have a local supplier

Thanks for the ideas, however I finally managed to get a Nabilo Pure Flash with Barry Allen installed and can now multiboot the latest images without bootloader problem, & so far Nabilo Blackhole image is moving the dish fine with USALS

Its taking a while but Im finally getting somewhere!!!
