dm 800 tune failed

ok i keep getting tune failed on the box its not a clone have followed the great advice here with in line amps and sofware etc anyone else any more ideas or how do i send this box back to dream myself thanks as always the rock

what are your satelite configuration? LNB? Motor? etc

the config is sky mini dish quad lnb on the dish thats it nothing to special thanks guys

Are you tuner settings correct? What are you DM800 Tuner settings?

set to
menu>setup>service searching>tuner confiuration>simple>
mode set to single
satellite set to 28.2

he has said tuner failed, this wouldnt happen if he couldnt pick up a channel. this usally happens with clone boxes/tuners. who did you buy it from?

I have a clone Dm800 with NabiloBlackHole_12_Sim201e_Bl75
and many channels has tune failed message.

if so tyou need to fix a capicitor

Sorry to say but your box is a clone, bubblecableboxes are not an official DM supplier and are well known for being clone dealers.

unless your good with a solder iron, buy and original tuner.
