Something just happended! I connected to the box and got the below message. What shall I now do?

This is the ??? bootloader Web Interface.

If you see this, your box didn't boot to Linux.
Unless you interrupted the boot process, this usually means that you have no valid operating system in flash.
Don't panic! It's not a problem. You can just flash a new version and everything will be fine!
    Otherwise, you can
boot from network or compact flash. (Sollte jetzt gehen, wurde aber noch *nie* getestet! Nicht wundern wenns nicht geht!)
If you're about to give up, you might get help at
    the Dream Multimedia Support board!
Currently there aren't many other features...

You can download your current flash contents (64 MB) here, but please don't expect to be able to flash it back. It's merely a debugging feature.
This device's Serial Number is ?, and was built on N/A.

Booloader version: Dreambox Second Stage Loader BUILD #59, built 20080509

its very old clone with an old boot loader mate and can't be upgraded you need to find a bl59 image to flash to it... search google to find a image

when i say old, it depends if you have accidently over written the bootloader yourself

Thank you for your patience with me!
The box is only a few months old.
Yes, I am afraid that it is my own fault. The box worked quite well with peter_pan_neverland 1.3, there were only a few odd things. In the menu I looked for possible solutions and by mistake pressed OK so it started upgrading firmware. Since the it has not worked.
I can now flash the box from my pc, but I cannot find an image for bootloader #59. The last hour I have searched the net without any result. Is it possible to flash it with another bootloader? Or do you have any idea where to find an image for 59?

It is a DM800HD PWR so cannot be very old. I have no idea what version the simcard was/is, but I have just bought a simcard 2.01. I have tried flashing bootloader72 and peter_pan_neverland 1.3 with both cards with the same negative result.

2.0.1 sim will not accept bl72...!

if you sim 2.0.1 you can flash this below its sim2.0.1 new BL76 bootloader and gemini 5 image...

Flash the booloader nfi file first this will upgrade to BL76 then install gemini 5

like i say if you have sim 2.0.1 this will bring your box back to life..

I have downloaded the packege with gemini2-5.00-dm800-OE1.6-patched-SS76.nfi and SSL75-update-SSL76.nfi.
First I flashed SSL75 and afterwards gemini2-5.00. When finished I took the power from the box, waited 30 seconds and switched it on again.
                          The display showed -> error!

Unfortunately it was not as simple as I hoped.

I just received the simcard from China and it is labeled 2.01 and has a little hump like the original Dreambox simcard.
Earlier I have experienced that it sometimes is necessary to flash an image several times before it works. So I wil flash again and again, hoping for success.
