use nabilo image. ITV HD comes pre-configured in the settings. blue button

STOP ~~~~ing shouting if you had any nowce about you.. you would have backed your bouquets and services files to your pc before you flashed it
or even better would of had a backup of them on your pc for a while for this very reason
so dont be blaming anyone else except yourself.
