    update:

    well tried a few things
tried altering the freq both up and down manually and scaning again.. that did not solve the problem
tweaked the dish very slightly (easy for me as i have a dedicated positioner and actuator 36v)
    and this worked well..so freq 11797 H 29500 3/4 now works ok

need to try the other problem freq but think the dish teaking will do the trick

is it just the sly hd channels in question people having problems with? or any others... i do on sly it**ia chanelss at times but think that more to do with ECM times etc if know what mean.

inline amps seem to differ alot with sucess for the price you might as well give it a try on the sly uk hd ones

i have tried 2 inline amps (separately of course)
and also using a usb netbook cooler

i have noticed that the glitching on the HD channels are
        on the following transponders

        12324 V 29500 3/4 sig strength on mine 80%
        11797 H 29500 3/4 sig strength 69%

        any solutions or ideas welcome
Im having the same issues with the same frequency's. Did anyone have any luck with these issues?

If your box is seven weeks old it will be mainboard rev L just get the pro BSBE2-801A tuner then it will be nearly 100% snr
