Dreambox 800 from Yaouxin

I see it already has a gemini. I have an eagle. I am thinking of doing a straight swap. I take it I dont need to put a new image on it. I will have to set the network up,How do you do this?
Once usals and the network are set up. I take it i need a ccm and cfg file.That will be in the addons Right??
Do I use dreamset 2.29 to send a channel list to the box.
Any other tips to get started greatly appreciated

You can do a flash just to make sure you know what's on there. Network is under network settings like most images, and yes you'll probably have to use add-on server to get cams. Use dreamboxedit for bouquets.

flash it with blackhole, the best image around for this box.

You got some reading to do mate its not as simple as that but one step at a time and reflashing with a good image like black hole.
Thats the one im using as well and can recommend.
As for setting up your network you will need to find the ip of your router and add that but if you can find a good guide have a read first.

Thanks I was using dreamset. It sent the settings ok but when I tried deleting a few, it never deleted the channels whem I sent it back to the box

I'll try dreambox edit instead
