Newbie Dreambox800

Hi, i have just purchased a clone Dm800, i need a bit of guiding as i couldnt find anything in the threads i looked at.
The dm800 is flashed with Gemini Enigma 2( if that make sense) and has ccCam 2.14 installled.
I have a normal sky dish and have done a scan for Astra 28.e and it has only come up with a few channels? and i can only view bbc news at the moment! i ideally want to see all the channels available from that satellite, i know i wont be able to view the encypted channels but i just want to be able to have them showing up as i intend to connect my box to the internet

what am i doin wrong??

Astra is at 28.2E.. what was it listed as exactly when you selected Astra

sounds like a corrupt satellites.xml file to me

ok i think i got them now i was doing a automatic search before and now i have done a satellite scan search thingy and it has found 800 odd channels on 28.2e is this about right?, So what do i do next i have broadband and have just purchased some homeplugs??
i have one of those crappy space saver computers so i dont have a serial port on it..how do i connect my broadband to the box etcc

all the answers you need are here mate just search..

connect router to home plug then other home plug to dreambox, you dont need to connect your box to your pc by null modem unless you are flashing it, you can connect to your box via your pc over your LAN

ok homeplugs are in, what do i do next STUCK!,
also am i using the right cam i've got these options

Common interface
CCcam 2.1.4
CCcam 2.1.4/OSCam
CCcam 2.1.4/NewCs 1.67

Whats the difference and what do they do?
I have no idea what i should be doing after this, i am still getting just FTA, can i open anything with just the Cams or do i have to C/S? I'v read about editing certain options etc but dont have a clue how to do it
also any guidance on sky bouquets how i can get the channel list sorted, im assuming my box is connected now via the router

select CCcam 2.1.4/NewCs 1.67, you wont decrypt anything without CS
