dreambox 800hd not getting any services

I got all the channel list for 28.2 if I go to satellites i get a list of sats.

on 28.2 choose bbc then press okay twice and tell me what the info bar says
mine says
eurobird/astra
freq10802 h
sr:22000 4/5
ccam 2.2.1
snr :88%
agc:99%
ber:0
that info should be under or at the side of where it says what channel it is on
yours should be blank

Sorry mate do you mean on the bouquet choose bbc? I did that but on my screen it doesn't display freq and sr and ccam
I got this :

it says bbc south ( 28.2E )

what image are you using eg gemini/dream elite etc

Iam not sure if this is right but I got this under information then I pressed about:
this is the info that has come up:
dreambox: 800

Enigma: experimental
tpm signature: valid
let me know if this is wrong info.

just noticed in the blue panel it mentions gemini extras if that helps

hi mate thats the right thing to do but i still cant tell which image it is from that.

sorry but ive just been looking at all my settings again and we have done everthing right as i can see.

the only thing i can think of is you try to flash a new image on your box and see if that solves your problem but if you do that you need to know if its a real box or a clone so you get the right image.

i am afraid i dont know how to tell the difference but if you post it on the forum someone will know how to spot the difference.
then just download the correct image and flash it to your box , there are instructions on how to do it on this site.

hi mate just a thought it this might be worth a try have you downloaded the latest cccam for the image

nearly all are clones any way clone safe images will do on original boxes aswell , are you sure your sat is locked are you getting freeview ??

were do I get them from?

1.push blue button
2.Addons -Enter
3. Download and install
4.Cam-Select CCcam version from list-downlaod and install
5.Go to again in addons , downlaod and install , cam-config, select config for the same CCcam version which was installed

it should be version 2.21 full
but 2.14 full will do
From blue panel go to top of panel and use left/right buttons to scroll to CCcam 2.1.4 (or the version you have installed above
Now press the Green button to start CCcam
