gointo the edit channels menu the delete menu press the button to check all and press exit and ok on you want to delete channels.

maybe upgrade to 187 again do a factory reset after that and then blindscan all channels on 19.2 and then put on latest softcam
see how that goes for you

I think im okay on that one, I have got a motorised dish

Hi. I have seen people with motorized dishes where they were installed incorrectly and were then wondering why they could not get all the channels. Are you ok with how to check the signals in your setup menu?? If not let us know. Regards.

Hi. To check for signal strength via the setup menu: Make sure you send the motor to ASTRA 1 at 19.2 east.
1) Press menu on remote - enter pin number 0000.
2) Select INSTALLATION - enter - pin number.
3) Select MOTORIZED SETTING(as you have a motor).
4) In MOTORIZED SATELLITE menu select following:
SATELLITE - 19.2E ASTRA 1.
TRANSPONDER - Select any frequency mentioned above ie 12341H s/r 27500.
5) DISEQC MOTOR - Select USALS or 1.2 depending on what you were using to move the motor.
Check at the bottom of the screen for the LEVEL and QUALITY signal. You should get at least 90% for LEVEL and at least 55% for QUALITY. Make sure that the colours are YELLOW (for LEVEL) and BLUE (for QUALITY). To scan press the RED button. If both LEVEL and QUALITY are RED then you dont have a signal. Give it a go and see what happens. But make sure you have the correct satellite and frequency entered in menu. Regards.

This is strange some channels are open (nickelodeon, veronica/disney xd, Animax) while the 11.778v 27.500 channels (nickelodeon france, Cartoon network and boomerang) dont work

thats strange because the dutch version of channels are open but the france version are not
What should I do?
