You have a signal lock but you need a quality lock, press blue button on remote move dish lieft right for best strength. you can do this via diseqc in the insatllation manual as well. Based on the asumption you have a motorised system.
    Keep calm carry on.

Try rescanning that transponder or even better the whole of 28.2? east and see if that sorts the problem, Just to let you know there have been a few changes to the freesat channels on Astra2 in the last few days.

What is the quality signal reading? If you scan you should get several channel 4's you may be looking at a different one for your area.

Just to let you know i have the exact same problem with channel 4 HD on technomate 6900 and i have an old Humax HDCI 2000 which it works fine on. I have found that if i change channels a few times back and forth between channel 4 HD and another channel it usually works ok then.
