TM-5402 HD only"----" lines

Hello ppl I have Tm-5402 hd I don`t understand it doesn`t come on on box display i can see after flashing red led then "----" lines
i tried factory default but same:S
Any one can help what need to do ?

Have you put any firmware on it....can't remember if mine came with firmware or if I had to put original on before scanning for fta

I did not put any software I tried from rs232 the original software but nothing change :S

You don't use rs232 on 5402 put the original software on a usb then plug it in and select data transfer from the usb menu and select the original firmware
