Where am I going wrong ? I have a TM6900 super combo I download the latest softcam keys using winzip.. i then transfer the file to my USB stick clearly shown on my computer as transfered then when I put the stick in to the machine and push Data Transfer. nothing appears in the File List..help please

first if you are certain you have taken the file out of the folder
before transfering it to the memory stick ?. if you look a the file on the stick while it's in the computer can you see the file? if you can and then you put the stick in the receiver usb port and turning on then you press the usb button on the remote and go to data transfer and click>ok a small should appear with the file on it> and you cant see the file it
could be a glitch in the patch thats causing your problem we had anouther post about the same thing take a look at this thread it could help look at post 10 onwards

Hi if you haven't the patch loaded on the box it wont see the softcam file on the stick. Try reloading the latest patch first then the softcam.

Hi,

I have patched tm6800HD super with latest patch and then put softcam on to box, but have not unlocked digi at 1W. Do i have to do something else after pushing green button to upload sotcam to get it to work, or have keys changed again.

you have not loaded the softcam mate
you have up load it from the receiver
do it this way put the stick in the receiver usb port
turn on and then on the remote press the usb button
go to data transfer and click>ok you will now see the
file list panel with the softcam on it [highlighted]
you just click>ok and the softcam will load and the
channels will open for you
[you only use the coloured buttons to upload from the receiver]
this is so you can keep a copy ie: of your channel list on your computer
to re load after a factory re-set
