Does anyone know if we can get softcams for Sex view channels on Hotbird or Sex on Diamond etc channels on Atlantic Bird

cheers

sex view channels on hotbird were open recently using underworld files on a diablo cam, but aren't open at the moment.

The info I have is 1.0W THOR 2/3, 12.169H 28.000, CAS: Conax.

It is a pop music channel from bulgaria and it opened fine until about a week ago. All the oth DIGI-TV stuff open fine still...Planeta shows as SCRAMBLED CHANNEL

so it must be part of the digi-tv chns and i dont have
this chn on my list. can you post the frequency details
as the only planeta-tv i can find on thor is
encrypted in conax it's a documentry chn
from bulgaria on thor 3 nordic beam
12.169-h-28000 7/8 dvb-s qpsk and for me
from the uk i get no signal from this frequency

it's a channel i did'nt watch but if it was open i can only
think either the channel has closed down or it's having
problems or has it changed frequency. i take it you have tried
a re-scan on thor?,that tp has now got no signal from it,
and the diablo is still opening all the other channels.

Thank you for your good advice benny/9. Unfortunately I ordered and recieved a T 5200D before I read your advice about the T5400 being better.

Can anyone tell me whether using the appropriate Softcam update using a darkman loader effectively "patches" the set or does the set need patching with something else (other files, hardware or software) first.

sorry to ask what is probably a silly question. Despite reading the whole thread im still obviously confused : )

I have now established that i need to patch my T5200 but cant locate the relevant file. Any help would be gratefully appreciated....

will find the patch for your model

I found the relevant file section and the file is labelled as [content] in the pc directory. when i copied this file to the usb stick it remaines invisible when attempting to find it in the USB download menu.

I tried renaming the file as 'patch.stb' and the file became accessible and i selected it.. the the download process started and was followed by the following error message 'invalid firmware'

any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated as im running out of ideas.

i think the downloaded files may be corrupt.. perhaps it is the explorer problem someone mentioned before

files downloaded fine when using firefox browser instead of microsoft explorer (which resulted in useless un-named corrupted files)

ive had probs when dowloading with ie its got some weird safety features, and like u when i switched to firefox no probs
