i need help

I have a technomate 5200 - channels i had originally keep going off - i lost the entire thor channels today - does this mean i need a patch???
please advise

turn the receiver then on the remote press menu
and go to options section in the receiver menu press ok
and turn the A/U off save the setting and exit the menu
next just load the latest softcam from the forum
this will open dig-tv again for you when they changed keys they
knocked the auto update out on the patch and if you dont turn it off
the patch will keep sending false keys out,

open the folder and send the file to the memory stick
then put the memory stick in the receiver usb port,
then turn the receiver on and go to data transfer>ok
and on the file panel you will see the softcam file highlighted
click>ok and the softcam will load on the receiver when finished
and the chns open remove the stick.
on 5000 models you press green as a shortcut to data transfer
on the 6000 models press the usb button

not working,updated with the remote control,no luck.

the key is opening digi-tv if you have use your remote you
could have entered a wrong key, load the key again and see
if it works

Hi, the key was working fine about half 4, but its gone off again. Is this because i switched the auto update off ?

I have got same problem as KRL1 but I loadet the softcam through USB an still digi-tv not working

You need to leave the auto update on as when the k#ys change it will not update unless it is on
