these keys are for the technomate receivers only
and cant be use on a cam. what cam are you asking about?

Sorry, I was asking how do I know the channels the tmsoftcam will open. If I look at the file, I only see the keys.

There is no description of the channels it opens.

everything you need is posted on the forum,
look in this section at the top for the posts in [red]
and you will find the patch and softcam
for you to download and use, just make sure
you use the correct patch for your model

Conax

Hi, i'm a newbie so apologies if this is a silly question.
i'm trying to get Danish channels, DR1 etc.

i have the following setup:
- South UK location
- 80cm dish
- Pointing 1-West (thor-2)
- technomate 5400 CI Super (USB) receiver

Patched s/w:
- 1.10p (Dec 17 2008)

Latest SoftCam
- 25/01/09

Now as i understand it i need to open up the Conax channels. is this correct?
assuming it is, unfortunately, i do not see any Conax - by this i mean the Conax channels are present but all come up as scrambled when i try to view them.

interestingly, i do see Nagravision channels (ie they are opened up), however i am not interested in these as i want Danish TV.

can anyone help?

first the receiver has to be patched to use the softcam
then you can load the softcam, this is a key file that you
load the same way as the patch.if you use a memory stick
and if you use a null modem cable you set the v187 loader panel
to keys before loading the softcam
