how to reset technomate tm5200D super's remote control from type 2 back to type 1

followed all advice on here still same problem even tried loading new patch several times but nothing i would have thought you could access the menu from the box itself but seemingly you cant seems a shame

is there a way of doing a factory reset without using a remote which if possible should work

found out how to restet box without remote
1 power of box not from the back but power button on front
2 press and hold both the 2 arrow keys <> it will start and reset
