seam to be common

anyone had his and fixed it??????


could it be du to ch lists?

if channel has moved yes this is common,if you do a fresh scan and it works on the all channels but not on the bouquet ones different tp will be there,they are moving channels all the time and thats why bouquets have a time limit.

no rebooting box make chs fine again but only temp,
then tuner fails again mate

looked on google seams common but cant see if it can be fixed , got a new powerbord , not sure if i should change it or try for a refund and get a non clone
gutted tbh , better box thann my sky hd, when it works ffs

I have a vu+ duo clone I uploaded sgtlipflops channel lists then downloaded cross epg I can see all the channels and listings in epg. However I can't received any picture, I have also set my tuners to 28.2 e simple single and no. I have preformed a scan on tuners but still picks nothing up. . Tuner signals seem fine. I tried the dish which is fixed on my openbox and it shows all channels no problem, can any one advise why I'm not able to view channels?

You say scan picks nothing up so if not you wouldn't see anything. Then you say tuner signals seem fine? forget about sgt and crossepg concentrate on the scan first. Tuner settings fine then automatic scan you should see it scanning channels when finished reboot.

The scan says 0 services found. . I'm only seeing the listings and channels because I uploaded them the snr signal bars on tuner a and b are showing around 70% but still no picture. . When I select a channel it says tune failed. . I don't understand because I can get signal on my open box.

I can only suggest you check all connections to box from dish.Is dish pointing at 28.2? Can you plug into a friends dish just to double check?

It should be 28.2e as I am getting all sly uk on my openbox. . I am going to try connecting it to my dads dish tonight and run a scan to see what happens. I hear even if the LNB is slightly off it won't scan but not sure if that's true

I randomly get tune failed on my clone, a restart and the channels come back. Have read on the Ferrari forums that this is due to anti-clone measures in the drivers?

well i took the vu+ in to my fathers and attaced to his dish again still same message, tune failed. . . if i do an automatic scan still says 0 services found. . . i am lost at this stage and want to bounce the box off the wall

are you selecting astra sat or something else,and you have 2 sat cables plugged in?

did you set up tuner configuration ?
service scan should start pulling in channels after 5 seconds doing an automatic scan.

i am 28.2e astra / eutelsat on tuner a and b, i have both cables in the back of the box, my config is simple, single and no on both tuners . . . i am getting an snr signal also when i go to sat finder just no picture

It's your clone box. Some boxes with some images don't like the same feed attached to both tuners.

Bizarre I know....

Try switching one tuner off to 'not configured' and leaving the other tuner on 28E...see if you get a picture

so ive done that disconnected 1 at a time and rebooted each time still no picture has anyone ever heard of any issues like this before.
