Star Plus HD not working on Vu duo

guys, got a slight issue, star plus hd working fine yesterday, then today it stopped working on my vu duo (genuine)

tried different channel lists (latest vhannibal etc) and all the same, checked lyngsat and using the same frequency but i cant get any of the channels on 10936 V (itv, stv)

ive reflashed my vu duo to latest BH image, all other channels work but what is odd is i have a DM800 in another room and star plus hd works fine on that

i have a motor dish (tuner A) and static dish (tuner B) on my vu duo, tried scanning 10936 V on both and doesn't pick it up


so bit confused, any ideas?

Hi I have the same issue here on Solo2 and Duo.. Star Plus HD comes up with "Tune Failed" both boxes on latest VIX build 668. All other chans are fine. If its a freq change pls can someone kindly let us know. Thanx

Glad it ain't just me, ought my tuner was on its way out.

Don't think it's a freq change as it works on my dm800.

Im sure someone wil know what to do

I had the same problem on my DM800 I just did the auto scan and Star HD started working.

Just run a fresh scan

i have just searched the hd frequency, and the it says 0 channels found... it was working fine til 2 days ago... all the other channels working fine but star plus hd

I got mine on by doing a network scan, first you need to delete the non working channel and than do a manual scan with having network scan to 'yes'...
you can also try this frequency first:
freq; 10935
sym rate; 23000
vertical
fec; 2/3
8PSK
rolloff; 0.25

FEC is now 7/8, changed from 8/9. Also affected STV HD and one of the ITV HD variants
