hi sorry for bothering everyone again, i think it is the tuner, i connected everything up today again and put on sports stayed on for an hour, then when i changed channel it did the same again, where is the best place to get replacement tuners and are they hard to fit

or can i turn tuners off one at a time to check

Try one cable attached only. You can open box while disconnected from electricity and check board is secured to chassis properly and check and reseat ribbons as said with electricity disconnected.
