disable Tuner A and try Tuner B or leave them both enabled and then try tuner B

shaun has talked me through a few options all to no avail. we have put the correct image, version and bootloader on, we have put up to date satellite.xml , i have tried disabling the tuners at different times all with no luck.

Sounds like the tuners are goosed and cannot be replaced sorry to say as they are soldered to the motherboard and work in conjunction with the main CPU, if your handy with a soldering iron you could track the tuners path on the main board and see if anything un-towards sticks out anywhere

i would send it back before opening it [ 7 days grace ?? ] vu duo are too old and slow and getting harder to stay running on current images and plugins, there are better and faster out there.

I was just about to say the same for that sort of price you can pick up a later version receiver with more grunt the Duo is old hat with its dual core 405mhz speed even the basic receivers are at least dual core 750mhz rising to around 1300mhz
