Default Too stupid to get channels...

    Hi guys,

I am totally lost! Each time I try to 'install' the eurovox box EX5000 PVR it asks me to 'delete the channels'. I activated this, which took hours - but at the end there was no possibility to install them again...
Could somebody help me, being an idiot in such things?
By the way, the guy who sold the box to me did not provide me with a users manual. Does somebody know where I could get it (perhaps my problem is mentioned in it )?

    Many, many thanks!!!

However, as I am a quite terrible dummy: What do you mean by 'what area I am in"?

Has the box been flashed with the latest Firmware.

Press Menu/Config/System Info and type back what it says in there.

BTW if you didn't get your Manual its here > Digital Kaos - Downloads - Eurovox EX5000 User Manual

I am also looking for a manual for a eurovox system. A friend forgot how to use the channel skip function.

Didn't I already post the link to the ex5000 pvr manual? either way you wont be able to get all your channels UNTIL you update the firmware on your box.
