I have done this procedure, but it was still not working, anyway it helped me, thank you.
I've done it in this way:

    a) the file was written again to ECU
    b) IMMO BOX connected
    c) turn ignition on for at least 1 minute (CHECK blinking)
    d) turn ignition off for 10 seconds
    e) turn ignition ON (CHECK still blinking)
    f) erase all DTCs from ECU, CHECK LIGHT is going to stop blinking
    g) turn the engine ON, no DTC, CHECK engine turned OFF so everything is ok
    h) on running engine put the connector of IMMO BOX off
    i) turned the engine off for 10 seconds and turned on again car should be running fine
    j) if CHECK is blinking again but car is running fine the next step will be check DTCs
    k) if discionnection of IMMO BOX cause the CHECK light blinking with NATS malfunction, connect it again on running engine and erase all DTC
    l) you can leave immo box connected in this case, CHECK light should be turned off and there will be no DTC in ECU

    Regards
