I have the same issue with my renault megane II radio. I just changed the battery today. Try the radio.... it needs me to put code. I will put more info later. First I will try the codes posted above

they wont work for your stereo, each stereo has different code, if u put rong code it will lock out ur stereo!!!!

Yeah, but did have a montego-bay in once, i looked at the radio and thought "3984", turns out it was actually "3884"

spooky.

but not as good as, macdonalds carpark, 4pm, pouring with
rain, clifford concept 500, RF lockout, no idea of the code for the 'plain view coded valet switch 2 (tm)" took a
pop at it, less then 30 seconds from opening door, in valet mode, code could have been 1 or upto 9999, turns out it
was 31 ( i thought it had a 3 in it), AND the valet switch was intermittant, we sussed it and proved it!

i'll not do that again in a hurry.

I recently had my car repaired and the battery being removed triggered the code reset in my Renault Sport Clio 182

Renault want to charge me 50 bucks to generate it for me, so I was hoping any of you guys could help?
