Problem with original Upa failing to read MC68H05l28.

Hi.
Having problem with original Upa failing to read MC68H05l28 (mazda b2500 instrument cluster)
UPA-USB-UUprogs V-2.2 program test connection and voltmeter all pins read ok.
But when I want to read mcu doesn't respond "Displays device not respond "
Any Solution , kindly help

I'm sure the voltage and clock settings connections are correct.
Not sure if your UPA programmer software is up to date?
I'll check and find the latest one.
