I did an experiment recently on some new images below onto DM800HD box

SG-Nemesis 2.6-dm800-(svn110r0)-SSL-84b.nfi
SG-Newnigma V3.3.2-dm800-SSL-84b.nfi

SG-Cnigma2-Gp3(21072012)-dm800-SSL-84b.nfi -> wanted to try this but its no longer available in Mediafire...

- Flash the image using (using web base format)
- FTP the backup var/keys and var/scce back to the DM800HD
- Use DreamEdit to FTP the SGSH 14032013 E2 800 & 800SE + Picon to the box

Can only view the FTA channels... Duno where goes wrong...

LL... flash back my old image and use the DreamEdit to FTP SGSH 14032013 E2 800 & 800SE + Picon back to the box...
(For all complete steps, pls see page 7)
Can view most channels, but not HELLO JAPAN!

well, sometime you cannot just ftp the folder
You need to ftp the files individually to individual folders

After you have done that, please check your cam also. Make sure its the correct one.
I suggest using mgcamd 1.31. Less problematic

Reboot means '' Off the main and wait for at least 20 - 30 seconds'' then turn back the power on again.

2) FTP the individual file from your saved /var/keys/ and /var/scce/ to the box

4) Turn off the power. Connect to the TV and you are done.

Anyway, could someone enlighten me on how long before image file gets deleted after yvps125 uploads to mediafire? been trying all the links he posted but all invalid already.

Hi,

Just flashed my DM800C HD to OpenPLi 2.1 (SSL84b). This one has the Chinese EPG (uploaded by Flye). I'm driving it through the DVI-HDMI cable into my receiver, which powers a 5.1 speaker setup. I realised that the volume on this image is too soft, even if I turn the volume on the DM800 to max. Has anyone noticed that? What about those who uses some other non-fixed (ie without Chinese EPG) OpenPLi images? Does it exhibit the same issue of volume being too soft?

Hi, my dm500 with mgcamd1.31 just went black screen on me recently.
I have access and use dreamup and the box is alive.

I have search and read a lot of thread and sadly no solutions for me.
This is what i have done so far,

I did a dreamup and Flash Erase a few times.
Flash a pli-jadedm500 image.
Its uploading file to box.
calculating CRC32 on STB
ERROR while getting memCRC32 from box!!
Yes, I need a SH channels

Any kind sifus out there, please help!

Here is the list of dm800se preconfigured image for SG use with updated channels and picons. Change softcam to mgcamd 1.31 since many having problems with mgcamd 1.38. Just ftp yr keys & scce files and restart softcam and u are ready to go. Tspanel 6.9, Tsmedia 1.4, sgsh online update bouquet and mytube plugin included in the image.
